Product information and pricing

Product listings, specifications and availability are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice as brand ranges and stock move.

This website does not display final prices. Prices depend on the current brand offer, applicable taxes, installation requirements and the exchange value of your old unit, and are quoted live on WhatsApp or by phone. A quotation is valid only for the period we state when we give it.

Enquiries and orders

Submitting an enquiry does not create a sale. An order is confirmed only once we have agreed the product, price and fitment date with you directly.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty for the stated period. Warranty is registered in the buyer's name at the time of installation and is subject to the manufacturer's terms — it does not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or failures caused by faulty wiring or charging systems outside the supplied product.

We handle warranty claims for products bought from us in-house, from our Kankanady Gate location.

Installation and service

Installation is carried out by our own technicians. Site conditions such as wiring, earthing, plumbing and ventilation must be safe and accessible; where additional work is required, we will inform you before proceeding and quote separately.

Service response times given on this site are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, travel distance and parts availability.
